going through photos...

found some really really special photos that made me cry all over them today as i am starting to go through the process of sorting...

i hope to in my next place, display the photos with my fav family and friends...not to just stash them away in cupboards and in my brain only...these ppl include my fav, my por por (maternal grandma), gung gung (maternal grandpa), my bro with my dad when bro was a baby in the backyard, my sis and I around the time of her wedding...my fav photos of Jazzi when she was 2-3yros... and the fun stuff done since the kids...

so much has happened...but the next chapter of my life will be starting soon...so despite the pressure of everything happening...there is something I am looking fwd to...

Heart in Art

I love experiencing things that move my heart...and through them I find that part that makes me who I am... whether it be amazingly written music...literature...paintings or handmade items...

I don't often spoilt myself but yesterday drove past Spotlight and realised their 20% sale was still on! So got myself some very pretty fabrics and threads of my fav colours to create something with... I hope to make a needle case to hold some replacement needles and a bag or 2 or 3! The polka dotted material can go with the bright red Ikea fabric! So happy to find sth that can match it with finally!! (Not bad at $5.50/m!)

Handmade :>

Pouches and cards were made for sale! It was the first time for me to do this and I was very excited...designing and making the pouches in the two weeks prior to the event and was very enjoyable... selling was fun too! Interesting too to see how everyone appreciate different elements of the items but at the end practicality was most crucial...

The pouches were designed for holding cosmetics, A5 size books/stationery...
